The Company is pleased to announce that following the expiration of the Cloud Framework Agreement (“CFA 1.0”) on 31 December 2024, which was originally executed on 17 March 2022 between the Government of Malaysia, Google Cloud Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and Awantec Systems Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), CFA 1.0 has been extended for an additional period of six (6) months + six (6) months, effective from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 , or until the availability of CFA 2.0, the successor agreement to CFA 1.0, whichever comes earlier.
This extension underscores the continued and strengthened collaboration between all parties involved to support the Government of Malaysia’s Cloud initiatives, ensuring continued progress and innovation in Cloud infrastructure and solutions.
